The Vice President, Global Network Engineering leads the strategy, engineering, modernization, and reliability of global network services within the Global Infrastructure, Engineering & Operations organization. This executive oversees the network foundation connecting cloud, on-premises, data center, corporate, partner, and customer-facing environments while driving transformation toward automated, service-oriented networking. Key responsibilities include defining the global roadmap for LAN, WAN, and internet edge, simplifying complexity through standardization, and establishing a service-based operating model. 15+ years of progressive experience leading large-scale enterprise network engineering, architecture, or infrastructure organizations within complex global environments.
Deep expertise designing, implementing, and operating global network services across data centers, cloud platforms, internet connectivity, and corporate networks.
Demonstrated experience developing and executing technology modernization strategies within hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Proven success leading large-scale engineering organizations and building high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
Experience operating within highly regulated environments while balancing security, resiliency, compliance, risk management, and business growth objectives.
Expertise in enterprise networking technologies including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, DNS, load balancing, and network segmentation.
Strong knowledge of cloud networking architectures and connectivity patterns across GCP, AWS, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Experience with network observability, telemetry, monitoring, event management, and performance analytics platforms.
Experience implementing network automation, infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code, and AI-assisted operational practices.
Experience implementing service ownership models and service-based operating frameworks within infrastructure organizations (preferred).
Familiarity with AIOps, intelligent automation, predictive monitoring, and advanced operational analytics (preferred).
