Vice President, Fund Finance

What you'll do

• Manage the full investment lifecycle including transaction execution, settlement, and ongoing portfolio management across various fund structures.
• Lead liquidity management by overseeing cash forecasting, capital calls, debt service obligations, and funding strategies.
• Oversee complex financing facilities including asset-backed lending, subscription lines, and rated note structures.
• Review valuation outputs and partner with specialists to ensure robust governance and accurate reporting.
• Produce and review investor reports, board materials, and regulatory filings for various fund types.
• Drive platform scalability through process optimization, automation, and data-driven workflow improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and develop internal controls and best practices for the Fund Finance function.

What we're looking for

• Relevant experience in private credit, infrastructure debt, structured finance, fund finance, asset management, or fund operations is required.
• Experience managing complex fund operations, liquidity processes, and capital activity is required.
• Experience coordinating capital calls, distributions, financing activities, and investor reporting is required.
• A strong understanding of closed-ended private fund structures and institutional investor requirements is required.
• A strong understanding of fund accounting, fund administration, and valuation processes is required.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Aladdin, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar data platforms is advantageous.
