JOB TITLE: Vice President - Lead Infrastructure Engineer As a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Corporate Sector – Infrastructure Platforms, you will join the Storage SRE team to manage and modernize enterprise-scale storage infrastructure. You will apply technical expertise to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex problems, driving workstreams that ensure platform resiliency and performance. Your daily responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions, managing incidents, and implementing automation routines using AI-assisted practices. You must possess expert knowledge of storage technologies including Powerflex, PURE, Powermax, and Solidfire, alongside experience with Iscsi, TCP/IP, and NVMe. Preferred skills include knowledge of Storagegrid, Ontap, Isilon, and Linux/ESX compute environments. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating across teams to protect data integrity and infrastructure stability within a highly regulated financial services environment.

What you'll do

Execute creative solutions for the design, development, and troubleshooting of complex infrastructure problems.
Provide expert-level support for storage technologies including Powerflex, PURE, Powermax, and Solidfire.
Manage storage infrastructure within a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.
Drive workstreams to architect and implement changes that modernize organizational technology processes.
Analyze upstream and downstream data implications to advise on mitigation actions for platform resiliency.
Implement reuse-first and AI-assisted automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediations.
Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions for business-critical platforms at a firm-wide scale.
Serve as a subject matter expert providing technical guidance on infrastructure design and delivery best practices.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Deep knowledge of one or more infrastructure engineering areas including hardware, networking, databases, storage, or automation.
Deep knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and scripting languages.
Deep knowledge of enterprise storage products is a mandatory requirement.
Expert knowledge of storage technologies like Powerflex, PURE, Powermax, and Solidfire.
Hands-on experience in Iscsi, TCP/IP, and NVMe storage products.
Good knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem management.
Experience in large-scale, highly regulated financial services or enterprise technology environments (preferred).
