What you'll do

Manage day-to-day delivery of asset management services and related capabilities for a portfolio of insurance clients.
Design and deliver solutions for complex or ad hoc client requests.
Prepare for and participate in regular market and portfolio reviews with clients.
Provide accurate and timely reporting and data analytics using the Aladdin platform.
Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external stakeholders regarding your book of business.
Build relationships with senior insurance executives by demonstrating expertise in industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute account plans to identify and drive new commercial opportunities.
Mentor junior colleagues on the responsibilities of an insurance relationship manager.

What we're looking for

5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Proven track record of engagement and existing relationships with US insurers.
Strong understanding of insurance investment fundamentals across various regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge of fixed income, equity, and alternative markets and instruments.
Relevant FINRA requirements including Series 7 and 63.
Industry certifications such as CFA or CAIA are preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to train and mentor junior colleagues on insurance relationship management.
