What you'll do

Identify and translate client goals into actionable solutions using Aladdin capabilities.
Redesign and deploy strategic business workflows across the full investment cycle for clients.
Manage the end-to-end implementation project plan and coordinate resources across multiple functional areas.
Lead and document investment and operational workflow design sessions for various asset classes.
Coordinate client-specific Aladdin configurations, system testing, and user training programs.
Act as a subject matter authority during business development activities and product demonstrations.
Manage all client communications regarding product changes and configuration updates during onboarding.
Develop improved internal practices to increase the efficiency of the implementation model.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant industry experience in investment operations, accounting, front office, or risk management.
Experience implementing scalable and repeatable business processes is required.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of capital markets instruments including equities, fixed income, private markets, and derivatives.
Proven ability to build relationships with internal and client senior management is required.
Superior communication skills are necessary to convey complex concepts clearly to clients.
Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and project management for large, complex projects is required.
Experience with SQL, Python, or VBA is preferred.
MBA, CFA, or FRM certifications are preferred.
