What you'll do

  • Own and manage the global Technology Account Management operating model to ensure consistent client experiences.
  • Lead and develop a distributed team of regional leaders to build technical and advisory capabilities.
  • Drive measurable outcomes in product adoption, integration health, and client retention through scalable models.
  • Serve as a senior technical partner and executive point of contact for strategic clients on complex initiatives.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate client insights into the platform roadmap.
  • Build an enablement, knowledge, and automation foundation to scale the department alongside business growth.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced experience leading technical, client-facing post-sales teams at scale.
  • Advanced expertise in APIs, data connectivity, cloud infrastructure, and technical SLAs to shape architecture decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and integration health across a client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated record of designing and scaling operating models, including methodology, measurement, and team capability.
  • Advanced experience influencing product direction through structured, well-evidenced client insight.
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into commercial value for diverse audiences ranging from CTOs to engineering leads.
  • Experience in open banking, open finance, payments, or financial data infrastructure (preferred).
  • Experience applying automation or AI to scale technical account management and support functions (preferred).
