What you'll do

Administer and maintain the Veritas Enterprise Vault infrastructure, services, and storage connectivity.
Monitor platform health, including archives, indexes, tasks, and storage capacity.
Troubleshoot archive ingestion, retrieval, indexing, search, and retention issues.
Manage Enterprise Vault policies, retention schedules, and archive configurations.
Support mailbox archiving integration with Microsoft Exchange.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
Analyze Enterprise Vault logs and service failures to resolve complex production incidents.
Support legal hold, eDiscovery, and compliance-related requirements.

What we're looking for

Strong hands-on experience with Veritas Enterprise Vault administration.
Experience with Enterprise Vault architecture, Vault Stores, Archives, and indexing.
Experience with Enterprise Vault tasks, services, and retention policies.
Experience with Microsoft Exchange-integrated archiving.
Windows Server administration experience.
Understanding of SQL Server concepts related to Enterprise Vault.
Experience resolving complex production incidents and log analysis.
Experience with Enterprise Vault upgrades, migrations, and PowerShell scripting (preferred).
