Senior L3 Windows AWS Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Administer and optimize Windows Server environments including 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions.
• Manage enterprise Active Directory services including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Support and maintain Windows Failover Clustering environments for high availability.
• Develop PowerShell automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manage AWS infrastructure services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, IAM, and Load Balancers.
• Implement security hardening standards, compliance controls, and remediation activities.
• Lead server provisioning, patching, lifecycle management, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis and act as the escalation point for critical technical incidents.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Strong expertise with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
• Deep experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and AD replication services.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Failover Clustering and managing server patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Hands-on experience administering AWS services including EC2, VPC, Route 53, IAM, Security Groups, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, S3, and Systems Manager.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and high-availability enterprise infrastructure environments.
• AWS or Microsoft infrastructure certifications and ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
