What you'll do

Manage the end-to-end performance and daily operations of a portfolio of third-party vendors.
Analyze operational and financial data to diagnose root causes and drive action plans with vendors.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, high-risk vendor issues involving guests and hosts.
Design and prioritize metrics and frameworks used to monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
Manage the end-to-end vendor invoice process and ensure alignment with contractual financial terms.
Lead quality and calibration programs to remediate performance gaps across the vendor portfolio.
Partner with Legal, Sourcing, and Finance to shape contract obligations and improve vendor processes.
Mentor less experienced colleagues and lead internal projects to improve team operations.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience in vendor management, claims adjusting, or outsourcing management.
Proven track record independently managing large-scale, complex operational vendors with minimal oversight and executive-level relationship experience.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to synthesize data into recommendations.
Excellent negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills to build consensus among senior audiences.
Deep understanding of SLA frameworks, budgeting, and contract management.
Expertise in quality management, process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), and change management.
Working knowledge of the competitive vendor/outsourcing landscape.
Experience acting as a resource, coach, or informal mentor to less experienced colleagues.
