What you'll do

  • Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain enterprise VDI environments and related infrastructure technologies.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance, connectivity, authentication, and user experience issues within the VDI environment.
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and proactive optimization of virtual desktop systems.
  • Build and manage Windows golden images using HashiCorp Packer to automate creation and deployment.
  • Implement STIGs, security baselines, and OS hardening to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of VDI infrastructure including migrations, patching, and documentation.
  • Utilize monitoring and observability tools to analyze performance metrics and resolve infrastructure alerts.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required.
  • 8+ years of related experience required.
  • Experience with VMware Horizon, Wyse Management Suite, and Liquidware.
  • Proficiency in Windows Desktop operating systems, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • Knowledge of network concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, and Load Balancing.
  • US Citizenship.
