What you'll do

  • Design, deploy, upgrade, and maintain enterprise VDI environments and related infrastructure platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex performance, connectivity, authentication, and user experience issues.
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and environment optimization for VDI systems.
  • Build and optimize Windows golden images using HashiCorp Packer for automated deployment.
  • Implement STIGs, security baselines, and operating system hardening to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage the VDI infrastructure lifecycle, including migrations, patching, and technical documentation.
  • Utilize monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure alerts.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Must have 8+ years of related experience.
  • Must have experience with VMware Horizon, Wyse Management Suite, and Liquidware.
  • Must have skills in Security+, AD, Endpoint Management, Performance Tuning, Capacity planning, Automation, and Security.
  • Must have knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems, network concepts, and EUC security best practices.
  • VCP certification (preferred).
