What you'll do

Develop and support implementation flows for multiple projects and design teams.
Develop and maintain custom CAD tools for design implementation and signoff.
Create flows to enable the successful deployment of new technology nodes.
Develop tools and methodologies for PPA and productivity, including ML-based solutions.
Work directly with EDA tool vendors to resolve issues and identify areas for improvement.
Own the execution of blocks or the development of design methodologies.
Utilize TCL and Python to answer coding and algorithm-related questions.
Optimize designs for Power, Performance, and Area using IR, Clocking, and Physical Design Verification.

What we're looking for

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
2 years of experience using Physical Design tools to create final designs and manage tool settings.
2 years of experience in software coding and algorithms using languages like TCL and Python.
2 years of experience in VLSI and Logic designs to understand design optimization and requirements.
2 years of experience using EDA tools to improve Power, Performance, and Area, including IR, Clocking, or Machine Learning.
Experience owning block execution, methodology development, or providing EDA support for tools.
Experience with Static Timing Analysis (STA), Layout Verification, and newer process nodes (N7 and lower).
