What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler solutions in a large enterprise environment.
Design, implement, and support Microsoft infrastructure including Azure Virtual Desktop across cloud and hybrid environments.
Tune VDI systems and management software to obtain Authorization to Operate (ATO) for new solutions.
Execute automation tasks and scripts using PowerShell or Python.
Provide Tier 3 technical support, including troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Maintain technical documentation for VDI solutions, engineering projects, and operational procedures.
Manage Citrix products such as Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, ADC, and Provisioning.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph.
Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements, such as Security+, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.
Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in engineering, designing, and managing Citrix XenDesktop, NetScaler, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
Proficiency in PowerShell or Python scripting and knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise architectures.
US Citizenship.
