What you'll do

Design and implement complex Citrix XenDesktop and NetScaler solutions in large enterprise environments.
Engineer Microsoft infrastructure solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop, across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid models.
Provide Tier 3 support by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving problems for VDI environments.
Manage and secure the full lifecycle of virtual desktop technologies to ensure compliance with security standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for VDI solutions, processes, and procedures related to engineering projects.

What we're looking for

Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain polygraph
10+ years of experience in VDI engineering, design, maintenance, and testing
Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop, NetScaler, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft RDS
Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 SOE, imaging, and evergreen strategies
Knowledge of cloud, networking, and enterprise architectures
Certification in Security+ CE or equivalent IAT Level II requirement
