LVC Integration Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and develop live, virtual, and constructive training environments for the Marine Corps.
• Translate real-world mission requirements into technical specifications for engineering solutions.
• Integrate new technologies to evolve existing training systems and infrastructure.
• Merge software, hardware, and network capacity to create persistent, networked training environments.
• Utilize distributed modeling and simulation tools like Wireshark, Redsim, or RTI-s to manage system data.
• Implement distributed simulation protocols such as HLA and DIS into training platforms.
• Manage and integrate Joint C4I tactical systems including Link 16 and GCCS-J.

What we're looking for

• Secret clearance is required.
• A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation are required, or 5+ years of experience in that field without a degree.
• Experience as a JTAC or with Battalion-level fires is required.
• Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as HLA and DIS is required.
• Knowledge of Joint C4I tactical systems including Link 16, GCCS-J, or USMC C4I is required.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and the ability to use tools like Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, or RTI-s are required.
• Experience with virtual machines, Team Awareness Kit (TAK), or specific simulation software like JECS and JSAF is preferred.
• Certifications such as SEP, Enterprise Architect, or VMWare are preferred.
