UX Designer

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end user experience including wireframing, feature definition, and designing mockups.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify ways to improve products and processes.
• Design intuitive workflows for complex enterprise systems and desktop applications.
• Advocate for high-quality, accessible products based on client needs and feedback.
• Contribute to the design team's strategy, goals, and product roadmap conversations.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, functional designs for financial professionals.
• Provide feedback on designs and contribute to the evolution of the design organization.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field to Design, an advanced degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required if holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with accessibility, complex enterprise workflows, design systems, and designing for desktop applications is required.
• A strong foundation in prototyping, wireframing, presenting work, and collaboration is required.
• A strong foundation in usability best practices and user research is required.
• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar design tools is required.
• A portfolio showing direct responsibility for high-impact projects that benefited end-users is required.
