AVP UX Designer, Finance and Operations Technology

What you'll do

• Lead UX design initiatives across multiple Finance & Operations applications and product workstreams.
• Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for internal and investor-facing tools.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex financial and operational processes into simple, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Improve consistency and usability by implementing design systems and shared UX patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Use user feedback, analytics, and business insights to inform design decisions and prioritization.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design including research, workflow design, and UI design.
• Experience designing complex web-based applications and workflow-driven enterprise products.
• Experience scaling enterprise design systems with reusable components and accessibility standards.
• Proficiency with modern design and AI-enabled prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Experience collaborating within Agile product development environments.
