What you'll do

What we're looking for

5-8 years of experience as a Design Engineer or UX Engineer building complex internal tools.
Strong frontend engineering skills with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and component libraries.
Solid backend engineering experience in Kotlin/Java for content tooling and APIs.
Experience integrating with A/B testing platforms and infrastructure systems.
Proven ability to partner with designers and translate workflows into scalable products.
Systems thinking and comfort designing for multi-product, multi-brand environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug issues across the stack.
