What you'll do

- Develop backend services and APIs in Kotlin or Java to support automation and experimentation.
- Integrate LLM-driven workflows and custom GPTs into daily production processes for content iteration.
- Embed content tools into A/B testing platforms to enable faster deployment of high-quality variants.
- Create automated pipelines that move from variant generation to experiment execution and winner deployment.
- Write production-quality code while troubleshooting performance issues across the full technology stack.
- Define and track key metrics such as speed to ship, adoption rates, and time saved for content designers.
What we're looking for
- You must have 5-8 years of experience as a Design Engineer, UX Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer building complex internal tools or platforms.
- You must possess strong frontend engineering skills using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- You must have solid backend engineering experience to develop services and APIs in Kotlin or Java.
- You must have experience integrating with internal services, experimentation platforms, and infrastructure systems.
- You must be able to partner with designers and content strategists to translate workflows into scalable products.
- You must demonstrate systems thinking and the ability to design for multi-product, multi-brand environments.
- You must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug issues across the full stack.
- Experience with AI-driven systems, LLM integrations, or evaluation pipelines is preferred.
