The User Support and Operations Specialist joins the team to implement functional supports, perform requirements analysis, and provide product demonstrations to increase client satisfaction. What we're looking for
Experience with U.S. Navy readiness reporting as a unit or resource manager.
Experience with U.S. Navy expeditionary mission partners, including Naval Construction Forces, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Forces, Maritime Expeditionary Security Forces, or Naval Expeditionary Logistics.
Experience performing, coordinating, or delivering training to military service members, civilians, and contractors.
Experience collaborating with data and digital delivery teams to deliver technology solutions to military operators, program analysts, and leadership.
Knowledge of Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Networks, or Infrastructure resourcing.
Knowledge of Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP), Optimized Fleet Readiness Plan (OFRP), and various Navy readiness reporting systems (preferred).
