As a Staff Software Engineer Frontend, you will join the Walmart Connect team to lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities for AI-enhanced, cloud-native search and advertising platforms. You will build advertiser-facing Sponsored Products web experiences, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and reporting. What we're looking for
8+ years of experience building modern web applications with deep expertise in React and TypeScript.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Experience with frontend architecture, component design, state management, API integration, and scalable UI patterns.
Proven track record improving performance, reliability, accessibility, and security for high-traffic, data-heavy UIs.
Experience with testing (unit/integration/E2E), CI/CD, and observability/telemetry.
Ability to lead technical design reviews, provide mentorship, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
