What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, at least 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Expertise in cloud-native frontend architecture including microservices, containers, and automation.
Proficiency in React, Next.js, and languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Ability to lead system design reviews and conduct data-driven decision making for engineering outcomes.
Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions to promote engineering excellence.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
