What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Develop internal developer tools, CI/CD improvements, and platform engineering initiatives to improve productivity.
Build and support event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
Design and optimize data storage solutions using both relational and NoSQL databases.
Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and operational readiness for production environments.
Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and manage smooth software releases.
Implement AI engineering solutions including LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG-based architectures.
Mentor engineers and establish technical standards through code reviews and architectural planning.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area is acceptable.
Proficiency in Java, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native development on Azure or GCP.
Expertise in building event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
Knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Hands-on AI engineering experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG-based architectures.
Familiarity with Anthropic ecosystem concepts including Model Context Protocol, Claude Code, and agentic workflows.
