What you'll do

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
Contribute to platform engineering initiatives, internal developer tools, and CI/CD improvements.
Build and support event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
Design and optimize data storage using relational and NoSQL databases.
Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and operational readiness.
Troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, and support smooth software releases.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Strong proficiency in Java, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices, and cloud-native development on Azure or GCP.
Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms and knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools for logging and monitoring.
Hands-on AI engineering experience using LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG-based architectures.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience (preferred).
