What you'll do

Design end-to-end technical architectures for cross-border trade systems including onboarding, order orchestration, and payments.

Ensure production readiness by overseeing observability, reliability, and technical debt reduction at scale.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Experience designing and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architecture.
Proficiency with cloud-native platforms including Kubernetes, GCP, or Azure.
Proven ability to lead technical alignment and establish engineering standards across multiple squads without direct authority.
Knowledge of e-commerce domains such as order lifecycle management, multi-currency handling, and cross-border logistics.
Experience managing non-functional requirements including SLOs, SLAs, observability, and incident response.
Ability to mentor senior engineers and lead architecture working groups or communities of practice.
