What we're looking for

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, candidates may qualify with 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience are preferred.
Experience building backend or platform software using Java, Python, Ruby, and shell scripting is required.
Experience operating and troubleshooting distributed systems in production environments is required.
Ability to identify manual processes and replace them with scalable automation is required.
Experience participating in on-call rotations and incident response is required.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
