What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate expertise in program estimation, risk assessment, and mitigation for small to medium complexity projects.
Possess strong knowledge of program monitoring, control tools, and reporting processes to ensure milestone adherence.
Exhibit proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring across multiple projects.
Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage stakeholder communication effectively.
Experience with organizational change management and process improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning (preferred).
