What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Proven expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
Strong financial management skills including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Effective stakeholder communication abilities to build consensus and deliver data-driven presentations.
Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, KPIs, and profitability drivers.
Demonstrated leadership in team development, mentoring, and fostering accountability.
Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
