What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and the ability to align business unit requirements with technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs using established program management tools and frameworks.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build consensus across teams.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
