What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related area and 5 years of relevant experience.
Possess 7 years of experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, or product management.
Demonstrate proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead complex initiatives.
Exhibit strong stakeholder management skills to align priorities and secure commitments across cross-functional teams.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of technology solutions, including software design, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture principles.
Show proficiency in Agile methodology and process improvement to drive efficiency and continuous delivery.
Possess excellent communication skills and analytical problem-solving abilities to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Certification in Project Management (preferred).
