As the Principal, Technology Operations, you will join the Cross Border Solutions team to lead strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and monitoring technology operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your daily work involves developing integrated program plans, defining performance baselines, and managing resource allocation across multiple business units. You will translate business requirements into technology strategies, monitor progress, and design risk mitigation strategies. You must demonstrate expertise in stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and establishing best practices. This role specifically supports the Seller Experience and Adoption strategy for international marketplace growth, removing barriers for sellers expanding into global markets.

Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices and optimizing program management processes.
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for technology initiatives.
What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
Strong knowledge of program planning, estimation, risk assessment, and performance measurement techniques.
Ability to define integrated plans for large-scale organizational programs across multiple business units.
Experience translating business requirements into technology strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing decision-making, and building consensus through effective communication.
Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
