What you'll do

Manage program budgets by creating and monitoring business cases, Annual Operating Plans, and Long Range Plans.

Influence stakeholders through clear communication to build collaborative relationships and drive program success.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years’ experience in project or program management.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Proven expertise in program management including budgeting, estimation, monitoring, and risk mitigation for small to medium complexity projects.
Strong financial management skills with experience in budget creation, tracking, and ROI projection.
Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement to ensure program alignment and delivery.
Proficient in business operations, KPI assessment, and applying organizational insights to support decision-making.
Excellent influencing and communication skills to build consensus and convey complex information clearly.
Master’s degree in a related field and 3 years' experience in project or program management (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
