The (USA) Senior Manager, Technical Program Management leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining clear goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end delivery. Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs to ensure timely delivery.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
Define program goals, stage gates, and critical paths to drive stakeholder alignment.
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
Ensure sound technical practices are implemented across all engineering solutions.
Mentor team members on best practices and implement automation to enhance program efficiency.
Communicate progress, risks, and strategic updates to stakeholders and executives.
What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Extensive experience in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for large-scale, complex technical initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
Proficiency in systems thinking and technical expertise in software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks.
Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver clear, concise program updates.
Analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Proven ability to develop scalable, repeatable processes and improve operational excellence.
Certification in Project Management (preferred).
Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design (preferred).
Supervisory experience (preferred).
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
