The (USA) Senior Manager, Technology Operations joins the Ratings & Reviews team within the Marketplace organization to lead strategy and digital experiences. In this people leadership role, you will own the business strategy, product portfolio, and long-term vision for the Ratings & Reviews business. You will define business priorities, influence product investments, and lead cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, GTM, and Marketing teams to drive growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching a high-performing team of managers, removing blockers, and establishing KPIs. You will leverage skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategies to improve seller success and listing quality. Preferred technical competencies include SQL, business intelligence tools, and experience with AI or GenAI technologies, while also ensuring compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 AA standards.

What you'll do

Define the long-term vision and business strategy for the Ratings & Reviews portfolio.
Identify growth opportunities and influence product direction for seller-facing capabilities.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver platform features and establish KPIs.
Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, GTM, and Marketing teams to drive business performance.
Remove operational blockers and present strategic recommendations to VP and SVP leadership.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers.
Foster a team culture centered on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project, program, or operations management.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project, program, or operations management and 2 years of supervisory experience.
8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, digital products, consulting, or business strategy (preferred).
2+ years of people management experience (preferred).
Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams (preferred).
Strong analytical mindset with familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools (preferred).
Experience with AI or GenAI technologies (preferred).
