What you'll do

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project or program management.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project or program management and 2 years of supervisory experience.
Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting and cost monitoring for multiple projects.
Proven ability to define program goals, deliverables, and schedules aligned with strategic objectives.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their application to business domains.
Expertise in stakeholder management, building relationships, and influencing cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in performance metrics, risk assessment, and program monitoring tools.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards and integrating digital accessibility (preferred).
