What you'll do

Develop and scale capabilities to improve how customer orders are promised, sourced, and routed.

Manage multiple technology projects by building requirements, aligning schedules, and monitoring progress against milestones.

Build stakeholder consensus by communicating data-driven insights and influencing decisions in complex environments.
Optimize fulfillment paths by balancing customer experience, speed, capacity, and cost efficiency.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Obtain 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate proven expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
Possess strong financial management skills including budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial governance.
Exhibit excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills to build consensus and drive alignment.
Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and technical acumen to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Show demonstrated leadership in managing teams, fostering development, and promoting accountability.
Possess a Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
Demonstrate knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
