What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Deep knowledge and experience in building complex, large-scale, mission-critical applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
Experience developing and maintaining SDLC processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to synthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to approach problems in a logical and systematic manner.
Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem (preferred).
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience (preferred).
