What we're looking for

Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership to deliver scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling.
Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Ability to architect AI/ML integrated applications using Python, Java, or C++.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
