What you'll do

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field with 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, at least 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Experience in platform engineering leadership and delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures.
Expertise in designing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Proficiency in full software development lifecycle practices including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Ability to apply model-driven design and leverage AI agents to enhance development velocity.
Demonstrated skills in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
