What you'll do

Design and implement Wibey Web features and app integrations to provide seamless AI-assisted development workflows.
Architect scalable front-end and back-end systems to support a web interface for thousands of developers.
Build an SDK to enable integrations with other internal applications and agents.
Create agentic solutions to automate developer workflows including code generation, testing, and PR reviews.
Implement quality benchmarking frameworks to measure AI-generated code correctness and developer productivity.
Design enterprise governance controls to balance developer velocity with security and compliance requirements.
Establish engineering best practices and quality standards for AI-assisted development.
Mentor junior engineers on the team and lead architectural discussions.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in building developer-facing tools and platforms.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience, or 7 years of experience without a degree.
Must have production experience integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities into enterprise systems using protocols like MCP and A2A.
Must have extensive full-stack experience with React, Typescript, CSS, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
Must have strong systems design skills for building scalable, resilient backend and frontend services.
Must have proficiency in modern development tools including CICD, Trunk Based Development, CLI frameworks, and API design.
Must have exceptional communication skills to lead architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers.
Must have knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility best practices (preferred).
