What we're looking for

Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
Expertise in designing distributed systems for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Proficiency in AI agent integration and model-driven design to improve development velocity.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural decisions.
Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred.
