As a (USA) Principal, Software Engineer, you will join the Wibey Core team to lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities for an AI super agent. What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering (preferred).
Extensive experience in platform engineering, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
Proven expertise in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, and incident response.
Strong proficiency in AI/ML integration and full stack development in NodeJS, Python, React, Java, Spring or similar.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.
Solid understanding of context and memory management in AI applications, including vector databases, embeddings, and session-state design.
