What you'll do

Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Offer Listing Quality (OLQ).
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex technology projects.
Define and govern Listing Quality reporting standards across the organization.
Drive internal adoption of OLQ metrics through clear documentation and guidance.
Develop and execute a strategy to educate sellers on improving listing quality.
Manage project budgets, cost monitoring, and financial governance.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and manage project risks.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
Strong financial management skills including experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive alignment across teams.
Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and the technology landscape.
Demonstrated capability in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and program health.
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
