The (USA) Director, Technology Operations will lead the strategy and operational execution for the MyWalmart platform team. What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 9 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
4 years of supervisory experience.
Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and developing high-performing technology operations and program management teams.
Track record of partnering with senior business and technology executives to influence strategy and align priorities across matrixed organizations.
Experience driving large-scale technology initiatives and translating complex business goals into clear operational execution plans.
Expertise in establishing performance metrics, leveraging data for continuous improvement, and proactively mitigating operational risks.
Master’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
