The Manager, Technology Operations joins the Address Management & Dropoff Experience team to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex technology projects. What you'll do

Build long-term strategy for Address Management and Dropoff Experience with internal tools.
Define goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple technology projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain program health.
Manage budgeting, track expenditures, and ensure financial alignment with project forecasts.
Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through clear communication and consensus-building.
Oversee technology-related process updates and ensure compliance with company policies.

What we're looking for

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
Strong financial management skills including experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder communication abilities to influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing associates while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage risks effectively and implement corrective actions to maintain program health.
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
