What you'll do

Manage multiple Solution Provider and Channel Partner integration initiatives from prioritization to execution.
Translate business requirements and partner needs into actionable technical plans with Product and Technology teams.
Analyze operational and business data to identify trends, integration challenges, and process gaps.
Develop metrics and reporting to measure program performance and communicate risks to stakeholders.
Simplify existing processes to create scalable approaches for Solution Provider onboarding and integration.
Support the execution of API ecosystem and onboarding process initiatives.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in project or program management.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Demonstrate proven expertise and experience in the API integration space.
Possess program and project management skills for planning, estimation, monitoring, and controlling complex technology initiatives.
Exhibit strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Maintain a solid understanding of technology operations, system integration, and organizational strategy.
Demonstrate leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
