What you'll do

Coordinate and support security measures to safeguard information against unauthorized damage or disclosure.
Maintain system hardware through monitoring, preventative maintenance, and resolving performance issues.
Research and resolve system and network-related issues for internal and external customers.
Respond to and resolve critical systems issues such as hardware downtime or urgent requests.
Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues while reporting status updates to management.
Install, monitor, and repair system hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
Perform daily administrative tasks including billing, user access, coding, and filing.
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates regarding orders, claims, and billing issues.

What we're looking for

Obtain an Associate's Degree in an information systems related field.
Have 6 months of experience as a Walmart Logistics associate and 6 months of experience using and maintaining computer applications.
Have 1 year of experience in an information systems related field.
Have 6 months of experience working with Walmart Logistics applications (preferred).
Have 1 year of work experience maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (preferred).
Have 1 year of experience with MS-Office software (preferred).
