What you'll do

Participate in code reviews and monitor alerts to ensure application performance and reliability.

Create and maintain key dashboards to enhance issue detection and accelerate response times.

Develop, test, and document software solutions that align with business needs and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

Ability to troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve technical issues efficiently following escalation procedures.
Experience troubleshooting large-scale applications with a background in application and infrastructure support.
Experience in leading major incident calls and communicating effectively to resolve issues.
Experience with Grafana and Open Observe.
Experience with ServiceNow Platform for Incident and Knowledge Management.
Knowledge of application development concepts, including Python.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and creating inclusive digital experiences (preferred).
