Workplace Support Engineer-Manager

What you'll do

• Lead workplace support engineering workstreams across infrastructure services, technical support, and platform management.
• Manage team priorities, coach staff, and review deliverables for client-facing technology support activities.
• Drive the planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of IT project implementation efforts.
• Guide troubleshooting for servers, network reliability, identity and access management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate the administration of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Oversee infrastructure monitoring, optimization, and continuity planning to support dependable technology operations.
• Apply DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to improve service delivery.
• Identify process improvements, resolve escalated issues, and communicate status across stakeholders and service teams.

What we're looking for

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Preference for a degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering (preferred).
• Experience demonstrating infrastructure engineering leadership in manager roles (preferred).
• Experience managing workplace support, troubleshooting, and service operations (preferred).
• Experience coordinating project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion (preferred).
• Experience mentoring teams in system analysis and technical problem solving (preferred).
• Experience applying cloud, infrastructure, and security tools across environments (preferred).
