Enterprise Program Integration Director 1

What you'll do

• Integrate all processes, tools, and systems across the program to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Provide program-level management to implement the Integrated Management Framework across the enterprise.
• Analyze vertical and horizontal integration across Integrated Product Teams to ensure baseline integrity and performance.
• Establish long-range and annual strategies for indirect, unallowable, and allocation budgets.
• Manage the program-level customer interface to ensure satisfaction through assessments and program reviews.
• Execute plans for information technology, facilities, staffing, security, and the integrated data environment.
• Direct and control the execution of program-level reviews and the closure of action items.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience or Master’s degree and 8 years of related experience.
• Related experience must include engineering and management or business leadership of development programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and achieving all requirements as a project lead, IPT, or cost account manager.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and/or organizations to achieve a common goal.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
