What you'll do

  • Lead large-scale enterprise integration, modernization, and transformation programs across the technology ecosystem.
  • Execute major initiatives including MuleSoft evolution, middleware modernization, cloud migration, and SAP BODS upgrades.
  • Develop multi-year program roadmaps while managing dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics across multiple business units.
  • Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting frameworks to provide visibility into program health and value realization.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships including performance management, SOW governance, and resource optimization.
  • Drive platform rationalization and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization through lifecycle planning and negotiations.
  • Ensure all programs comply with enterprise standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements like SOX and HIPAA.
  • Align senior stakeholders across various business units to achieve strategic technology and corporate objectives.

What we're looking for

  • 13+ years of experience in IT program management, enterprise transformation, integration platforms, cloud migration, or technology portfolio leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, IBM MQ, IBM MFT, SAP BODS, Azure, GCP, API integration platforms, or enterprise middleware technologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology transformation programs with executive-level visibility and managing complex cross-functional portfolios.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and portfolio investment decisions including TCO-based recommendations.
  • Experience overseeing external partners, managed service providers, or strategic technology vendors.
  • Experience supporting compliance and audit requirements such as ITGC, SOX, HIPAA, DSCSA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong experience with Boomi platform, cloud migration in regulated environments, and PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or ITIL certifications (preferred).
