What you'll do

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects.
Develop and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules while taking corrective actions as needed.
Establish budget baselines and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies and tools.
Identify program risks and opportunities to implement mitigation strategies and track results.
Act as the primary customer contact for program activities and lead review sessions with senior leadership.
Direct and align subcontractors and suppliers to meet common program objectives and performance expectations.
Manage program resources, including workforce planning and the assignment of specific responsibilities.
Support capture management by leading proposal preparation, strategic planning, and contract negotiations.

What we're looking for

Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years of related experience.
Master's degree and 8 years of experience, or a Master of Science in STEM and 7 years of related experience.
Must have at least two years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (preferred).
Current Control Account Manager (CAM) Certification (preferred).
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) (preferred).
Experience with BOE writing, estimating, and contract negotiations (preferred).
Experience leading engineering teams or managing Agile programs (preferred).
