Sr. Director, Enterprise Application Integration delivery leads the enterprise application integration strategy, planning, governance, and execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role manages the integration portfolio by overseeing interface inventory assessments, roadmap development, and cutover planning to ensure operational readiness across critical business capabilities. The successful candidate will coordinate with middleware, data, and system integrator partners to deliver high-quality integrations supporting pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance requirements. Key technical competencies include experience with SAP, full stack application development, data engineering, analytics, EDI, B2B, APIs, and e-commerce platforms. The role addresses complex integration challenges within highly regulated environments, specifically focusing on DSCSA compliance, serialization, and track-and-trace requirements to facilitate a seamless transition during large-scale business transformations and technology implementations across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Lead the delivery of the enterprise integration portfolio for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration program.
Manage interface inventory assessments and make decisions on whether to retire, reuse, rebuild, or create new integrations.
Own integration roadmaps, including delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities across various workstreams.
Hold system integrators and middleware partners accountable for build quality, testing, defect resolution, and meeting quality gates.
Develop and execute cutover planning, parallel-run strategies, and decommissioning sequences to ensure smooth business transitions.
Identify risks and manage dependencies by partnering with data migration, application build, and change management teams.
Present program status, risk assessments, and investment recommendations to executive leadership.
What we're looking for
Degree or equivalent experience.
13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.
13+ years of progressive experience in enterprise integration delivery, IT program management, ERP transformation, or large-scale technology implementation programs.
Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated supply chain environments.
Technical knowledge of SAP, full stack app development, data engineering, and analytics.
Demonstrated expertise delivering enterprise integration initiatives involving EDI, B2B, APIs, e-commerce, and analytical platforms.
Experience managing system integrators, third-party vendors, and complex program dependencies.
Authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without the support from McKesson.
