The role requires translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences while capturing customer feedback to inform product development. This position supports the mission of transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.

What you'll do

  • Lead and deliver technical training to military, government, and commercial end-users at customer locations and test sites.
  • Manage and coordinate the schedules and efforts of a team of trainers to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Design and update training curricula, including presentations, simulations, and hands-on practicals.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to capture updates and support comprehensive end-user training.
  • Align training programs with business objectives to drive product adoption and company goals.

What we're looking for

  • Strong background in planning, developing, and delivering training with expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design for technical fields.
  • Proven experience managing, guiding, or coordinating training efforts, projects, or a small team of trainers.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical individuals using an adaptive and creative communication style.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and influence others without a direct hierarchical relationship.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including to Hazard Zones.
  • Prior military or government agency exposure/experience (preferred).
  • Expertise in CUAS principles, Air Defense technology, or hands-on technical deployment and troubleshooting (preferred).
